Vendor Information, Policies, Application Form

The application for Vendors to be part of the Main Street Food Truck Festival has closed.

This is one of the best events Arkansas has to offer and has been listed as one of the “Top 10 Best Food Truck Festivals in the United States” by online magazine vacationidea.com. The MSFTF has received numerous Arkansas Festival & Events Association ALFIE awards, including 2018 Festival of the Year.  Arkansas Times readers voted MSFTF to the list of “Top Food Festivals in Arkansas,” and in 2017, the MSFTF was named an official “Southern Travel Treasure” by AAA Southern Traveler!

We also are looking to host a limited number of Market Place merchants. Types: Live Painters, Handcrafted Jewelry, Leather Works, Home & Outdoor Decor, Interactive Art Exhibits, Apparel, Fragrance, Wood & Metal Crafts, Candles, Handmade Bath & Body products, Canned Goods, Candies.

INTERACTIVE & LIVE ARTISTS and DEMOs:  We will be featuring live and interactive art exhibits and are actively seeking artists, such as a live wood chainsaw artist, graffiti artists, body painters, sculptures, etc.

If you are a business and would like to have a promotional space, please consider becoming a sponsor. Levels can be found here!

MSFTF uses a juried selection process for (1) arts, (2) crafts (handmade by vendor), (3) marketplace vendors (non-handmade by vendor).  A limited number of vendors will be accepted. Application does not guarantee a spot in this year’s festival.

NOTE: An application submitted does not guarantee a spot in this year’s festival.

In the event that MSFTF be cancelled or date changed for any reason at all, you will be notified immediately. However: NO refunds will be given. The registration fee is non-transferable.

Thank you for your application to this year’s festival. We are honored to be hosting this event for the 12th year. With your ongoing support and commitment to the mobile food community you have helped to create one of the best events Little Rock has to offer! We are looking forward to working with all of you again this year.
